We are developing technologies for imaging cells in fluids. At the heart of these technologies are optical components based on micro- and nano-structured materials. We are also interested in utilizing microfluidic components to control the position and orientation of cells under study.  These systems will enable high speed, automated microscopy and quantitative estimation of optical and mechanical properties of objects in flow.
