In our group, we design and build devices that interface muscles with robotic limbs.  This approach combines two powerful techniques: in vitro muscle physiology and bio-robotics to overcome current limitations in our field.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We have submitted a methods paper which gives the details for how our equipment works. When we publish our article, we will provide schematics and parts lists so others can reproduce our methods.
